Coaching for anyone ready for something to finally feel different. Nutrition, fitness, and life coaching built around your life, not a template.
The first call is complimentary with no prior commitment required.
Maybe you’ve started before and it didn’t stick. Maybe you’re not sure where to start at all. Either of those is a perfectly normal place to begin — and neither one means you lack willpower.
What usually makes the difference isn’t a better plan. It’s having someone alongside you who’s walked it herself, who knows which parts are genuinely hard, and who’s still there in week seven when the novelty has worn off.
I work with people who want to feel better mentally, emotionally, and physically, and who’d rather be guided than handed a worksheet.
Practical guidance on eating and daily habits, built around what your life actually looks like.
Movement for where you are right now, whether that’s a first workout or finding your way back to one.
Goal setting and gentle accountability for the parts of life that don’t fit in a gym.
Understanding what’s happening in your body, and why the changes you’re making matter.
A traditional energy practice, offered as part of a whole-person approach.
Making sense of what’s out there, what’s worth your time, and what isn’t.
Most people arrive thinking they need one of these and discover they want a mix. We’ll figure that out together on the call — there’s no wrong answer.
One thing I share from the outset: I’m a coach, not a physician. I don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and I don’t work with insurance. My role is to walk alongside you through the daily habits — nutrition, movement, mindset — and support you as they take shape. Where something calls for medical attention, that’s where your doctor comes in — and I’m glad to work in partnership with them.
We talk, no charge, and see whether we’re a good fit for each other. If I’m not the right person for you, I’ll say so kindly and point you toward someone who is.
We decide what makes sense for you — which services, what pace, what’s realistic for the life you actually have.
Once or twice a week, by Zoom or in person, with support in between so you’re never doing it alone.
Built around you — your schedule, your starting point, and what you’ll genuinely keep doing.
It changes as you do. What works in month one often isn’t what works in month three, and that’s expected, not a setback.
One-to-one work, plus a group to show up for and people walking the same road.
At the heart of it is a 12-week one-to-one program for anyone ready to rebuild their nutrition, mindset, and daily habits. Sessions run by Zoom, or in person if you’re nearby.
Wellness has been a lifelong pursuit for me — not a career path so much as a calling, and one rooted in my own story. I was raised by a single mother who was a massage therapist and a free spirit, on a cattle ranch where my first pet was a cow. I grew up surrounded by alternative wellness practices and a deep respect for the body’s own wisdom.
For twenty-two years I worked in real estate, helping people find spaces that nurtured their lives. When I turned forty in October 2025, I started my next chapter — this one.
In the past year I’ve lost 70 pounds and 22% body fat through nutrition, movement, supplements, and peptides, all while living with a chronic autoimmune disease. I’m the healthiest and most aligned I’ve ever been, and I’d love to help you find your own version of that.
“I finally exhaled”
I started this program running on caffeine and willpower, convinced that if I just pushed harder, things would feel manageable. Twelve weeks later, I don’t recognize the person I was in January. I stopped treating my body like a machine and started actually listening to it — my energy is steadier, I sleep through the night, and for the first time in years I don’t feel guilty taking a lunch break. This wasn’t a diet or a productivity hack. It was permission to slow down long enough to actually change something.
“The habits finally stuck”
I’d tried everything — apps, meal plans, journals that lasted exactly four days. What made this different was having someone in my corner who connected the dots between my stress, my eating, and the stories I was telling myself about not having enough time. The weekly sessions kept me honest, and the framework gave me something I could actually keep doing after week twelve. Six months later, the habits are still there. That’s never happened before.
No commitment, nothing to sign, and no pressure at the end of it. We’ll talk about where you are and where you’d like to be, and decide together whether working with me is right for you.
